The invention relates to the vehicle technology, and discloses a vehicle system energy control method and device, a controller, a vehicle and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an environment temperature and a current first SOC value of the power battery; the charging and discharging power capacity of the power battery is obtained through the environment temperature and the current first SOC value of the power battery; and correspondingly controlling the allowable charging and discharging power of the power battery according to the charging and discharging power capability of the power battery.
