The invention relates to a rotor blade, a rotor, a hovercar and a preparation method of the rotor blade. The rotor blade comprises a main beam structure, a trailing edge supporting structure and a skin layer, the main beam structure comprises a beam body and a leading edge supporting structure, the beam body extends from a blade root to a blade tip, the periphery of the leading edge supporting structure is coated with the beam body through multiple layers of first high-modulus composite materials, and a straight web and a bent edge strip are formed; the thickness of the web is smaller than that of the edge strip; the trailing edge supporting structure extends from the propeller root to the propeller tip and is arranged on one side of the main beam structure; the skin layer is made of multiple layers of second high-modulus composite materials or multiple layers of first high-strength composite materials and wraps the peripheries of the rear edge supporting structure and the main beam structure. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the whole paddle has a good rigidity characteristic, so that the rigidity requirement of the hovercar during flying and land traveling is met.
