The invention provides a satellite-borne multi-mechanism integrated gravity unloading device and a satellite-borne multi-mechanism integrated gravity unloading method. The device comprises a supporting tool, a first gravity unloading mechanism arranged on the left rear side of the supporting tool, a third gravity unloading mechanism arranged on the left front side of the supporting tool, a second gravity unloading mechanism arranged on the right rear side of the supporting tool, a fourth gravity unloading mechanism arranged on the right front side of the supporting tool, a fifth gravity unloading mechanism arranged on the front side of the supporting tool and an assembling and adjusting transport vehicle arranged below the supporting tool. Balancing weights with the weight of the antenna needing to be unloaded are installed on all the gravity unloading mechanisms and used for installing and adjusting the horizontal plane of a high-precision cushion block on a transport vehicle to serve as the precision adjustment standard, and precision adjustment of the levelness, perpendicularity and coaxiality of all the gravity unloading mechanisms is completed on the ground. Through one set of device, 1-2 operators and 4-5 hours of test preparation, the unfolding test of three large moving parts of a satellite can be completed with high quality and high efficiency within one day, and the device has great popularization significance.

    本发明提供了一种星载式多机构集成一体化重力卸载装置及方法,装置包括支撑工装、布置在支撑工装左后侧的第一重力卸载机构、左前侧的第三重力卸载机构、右后侧的第二重力卸载机构、右前侧的第四重力卸载机构、前侧的第五重力卸载机构以及布置在支撑工装下方的装调运输车,在各个重力卸载机构上安装所需卸载天线重量的配重块用以装调运输车上高精度垫块水平面为精度调整基准在地面上完成各个重力卸载机构的水平度、垂直度、同轴度的精度调整。本发明通过1套装置、1~2个操作人员、4~5小时的试验准备,在1天时间内即可高质量、高效率地完成卫星三大活动部件的展开试验,具有巨大的推广意义。
