The invention provides an electronic hydraulic brake-by-wire system brake foot feeling calibration method which comprises the following steps: in an electronic hydraulic brake-by-wire system, periodically detecting the displacement of a piston driven by a built-in driving permanent magnet synchronous motor and the displacement of a foot lever; if it is detected that the displacement amount of the piston driven by the built-in driving permanent magnet synchronous motor is smaller than the displacement amount of the foot bar in the current period, the displacement amount of the foot bar detected in the current period is equally divided according to a preset number, and then the displacement amount of the foot bar is calibrated through a preset calibration function; and calibrating built-in driving permanent magnet synchronous motor assisting power corresponding to each equant foot bar displacement in the current period. The invention further provides a brake foot feeling calibration system of the electronic hydraulic brake-by-wire system. According to the invention, the difficulty of brake foot feeling calibration is simplified, and the calibration cost is reduced.

    本发明提供一种电子液压线控制动系统制动脚感标定方法,包括在电子液压线控制动系统中,对内置驱动永磁同步电机带动活塞位移量及踏杆位移量进行周期性检测;若当前周期检测到所述内置驱动永磁同步电机带动活塞位移量小于所述踏杆位移量,则将当前周期所检测的踏杆位移量按照预定数量进行等分之后,通过预设的标定函数,标定出当前周期中每一等分的踏杆位移量各自对应的内置驱动永磁同步电机助力。本发明还提供一种电子液压线控制动系统制动脚感标定系统。实施本发明,简化了制动脚感标定的难度以及降低了标定成本。
