The invention relates to a flexible deployable protective hood device for a return type spacecraft, and belongs to the field of reentry return and landing of spacecrafts. Comprising a connecting mounting plate, a locking structure, a protective hood flexible unfolding structure and a packaging rope cutter. Wherein the connecting mounting plate is of a horizontally-placed disc structure; an annular groove is concentrically formed in the upper surface of the connecting mounting plate; the locking structures are uniformly embedded in the groove along the circumferential direction; the protective hood flexible unfolding structure is locked on the upper surface of the connecting mounting plate after being folded, and is positioned in the annular groove; the packaging rope cutter is arranged below the protective hood flexible unfolding structure; structural rigidity is maintained by means of internal and external pressure difference of the structure, and external high-temperature airflow is resisted by means of the flexible thermal protection structure on the surface of the structure, so that the thermodynamic protection requirement for recoverable spacecraft shoulder instrument equipment is met.

    本发明涉及一种用于返回式航天器的柔性可展开防护头罩装置,属于航天器再入返回与着陆领域;包括连接安装板、锁紧结构、防护头罩柔性展开结构和封包绳切割器;其中,连接安装板为水平放置的圆盘结构;连接安装板的上表面同心设置有环状凹槽;锁紧结构沿周向均匀嵌在凹槽中;防护头罩柔性展开结构折叠后锁定在连接安装板的上表面,且位于环状凹槽处;封包绳切割器设置在防护头罩柔性展开结构的下方;本发明利用结构内外压差维持结构刚度,并利用其表面柔性热防护结构抵御外部高温气流,以达到对返回式航天器肩部仪器设备的热力学防护需求。
