A vehicle-mounted solar device comprises a solar mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a fixing mechanism, a vehicle body and a power mechanism, and the solar mechanism comprises a first solar panel, a second solar panel, a supporting pad, a limiting assembly and a hinge piece; the transmission mechanism comprises a gear, a conveying belt, a rotating rod, a connecting plate, a connecting rod and an overturning rod; the fixing mechanism comprises a fixing frame and a supporting plate; the power mechanism comprises a driving box and a motor. According to the invention, the first solar panel does not cover the automobile sunroof well, so that the automobile sunroof can be opened conveniently for normal use, and operation and use are more convenient. When the automobile is not used all day long, the second solar panels overturned to the front side and the rear side of the automobile body can be irradiated by sunlight in the morning and afternoon correspondingly, the solar panels can be well irradiated by sunlight in the whole day, and therefore the generating capacity of the solar panels can be improved, and the utilization efficiency of the solar panels is improved; and the area of the power generation panel mounted on the automobile roof is increased.
