The invention discloses an electric vehicle power battery thermal management control method and device, and the method comprises the steps: determining a thermal management mode of a battery according to the average temperature of the battery and/or the current operation condition of a vehicle, and determining the target temperature of the battery according to the temperature of the battery and/or the environment temperature and/or the SOC of the battery; heating or cooling the battery to a target temperature or maintaining the current temperature by adopting the thermal management mode; by utilizing the method and the device, the temperature requirement of the battery can be accurately controlled and met, and energy is saved to the maximum extent; when the environment temperature is extremely low and the available power of the power battery is insufficient, the available power of the battery is recovered as soon as possible; meanwhile, battery temperature is balanced, and excellent working performance of the battery is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车动力电池热管理控制方法和装置,根据电池的平均温度和/或车辆当前的运行工况确定电池的热管理模式,根据电池的温度和/或环境温度和/或电池的SOC确定电池的目标温度,采用所述热管理模式对电池进行加热或者降温直至目标温度或维持当前温度;利用本发明所述的方法和装置,能够精确控制满足电池温度需求的同时最大限度节能;环境温度极低且动力电池可用电量不足时,尽快恢复电池可用电量;同时均衡电池温度,保障电池优越的工作性能。
