The embodiment of the invention discloses a train brake shoe pressure and brake cylinder pressure monitoring system and method. The system comprises a brake cylinder pressure acquisition module, a brake shoe pressure acquisition module and a server. The brake cylinder pressure acquisition module is used for waking up the brake shoe pressure acquisition module and networking when detecting that the air pressure meets the sampling condition; meanwhile, a synchronous acquisition instruction is sent to the brake shoe pressure acquisition module; the brake shoe pressure acquisition module is used for networking with the brake cylinder pressure acquisition module and acquiring brake shoe pressure data after being awakened, and wirelessly transmitting and gathering the brake shoe pressure data to the brake cylinder pressure detection module by utilizing Zigbee; and the brake cylinder pressure acquisition module is also used for sending the acquired data collected in real time to a specified server in a wireless transmission mode. According to the invention, during monitoring, correlation of related data can be realized, and time synchronization during monitoring is ensured, so that the defects of lack of correlation and poor synchronization during monitoring in the prior art are overcome.

    本发明实施例公开了一种列车闸瓦压力、制动缸压力监测系统及方法,该系统包括制动缸压力采集模块、闸瓦压力采集模块和服务器;所述制动缸压力采集模块,用于当检测到气压符合采样条件时,唤醒闸瓦压力采集模块并进行组网;同时发出同步采集指令至闸瓦压力采集模块;所述闸瓦压力采集模块,用于在唤醒后,与所述制动缸压力采集模块进行组网和闸瓦压力数据的采集,并利用Zigbee无线传输汇总至所述制动缸压力检测模块;所述制动缸压力采集模块,还用于:将实时汇总的采集数据以无线传输的方式发送到指定的服务器。本发明能够实现在监测时,将相关数据进行关联,并保证监测时的时间同步,进而克服现有技术中在监测时,缺乏关联和同步性差的缺陷。
