The invention discloses a container ship cargo hold ventilation intelligent control system which is used for cargo hold ventilation of a container ship, and the container ship comprises a cargo hold and a ventilation unit. The cargo hold ventilation intelligent control system comprises a temperature monitoring module, an enthalpy value monitoring module, a thermal load monitoring module and a central control module. The temperature monitoring module is used for detecting cargo hold temperature; the enthalpy value monitoring module is arranged outside the cargo hold and used for monitoring the enthalpy value of outdoor air. The thermal load monitoring module is used for monitoring cargo hold thermal load; the central control module is electrically connected with the temperature monitoring module, the enthalpy value monitoring module, the thermal load monitoring module and the ventilation unit and used for obtaining the cargo hold temperature, the outdoor air enthalpy value and the cargo hold thermal load and adjusting the rotating speed of the ventilation unit through a PID algorithm based on the cargo hold temperature, the outdoor air enthalpy value and the cargo hold thermal load. By the adoption of the scheme, the problems that energy is wasted during ventilation of an existing cargo hold, and the workload of sailors is large are solved.
