The embodiment of the invention discloses a target unmanned aerial vehicle motor demagnetization detection method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a permanent magnet flux linkage value, estimated by a flux linkage observer according to an estimation model, of a target unmanned aerial vehicle motor under the condition that the target unmanned aerial vehicle motor operates; calculating the theoretical flux linkage value of the target unmanned aerial vehicle motor according to a calculation model used for calculating the theoretical flux linkage value of the target unmanned aerial vehicle motor; the absolute value of the difference value between the permanent magnet flux linkage value of the target unmanned aerial vehicle motor and the theoretical flux linkage value of the target unmanned aerial vehicle motor is compared with a preset threshold value, a corresponding comparison result is obtained, and the preset threshold value is used for judging whether the target unmanned aerial vehicle motor is demagnetized or not; according to a comparison result and a preset demagnetization condition, determining whether the target unmanned aerial vehicle motor is demagnetized; and under the condition that it is determined that the motor of the target unmanned aerial vehicle is demagnetized, sending a demagnetizing error code of the motor of the target unmanned aerial vehicle to a flight controller of the target unmanned aerial vehicle.
