The invention relates to the field of photovoltaic power generation and application, in particular to a control method for photovoltaic power generation, photovoltaic power generation equipment and an elevator system. The method comprises the steps of obtaining sunlight data in real time; and switching the connection modes among the photovoltaic panels according to the sunlight data. The device comprises a plurality of photovoltaic panels which are fixedly installed in a plurality of directions; the acquisition module is used for acquiring sunlight data in real time; and the switching module is used for switching connection modes among the photovoltaic panels according to the sunlight data. The elevator system comprises photovoltaic power generation equipment used as a standby power supply for elevator operation. According to the method and the equipment, the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module can be ensured while the load requirement is met. According to the elevator system, the photovoltaic power generation equipment serves as a standby power supply, so that the electric energy source can be widened, the elevator operation reliability is guaranteed, and dependence of the elevator system on fossil energy is reduced.
