The traction base plate (10) is characterized in that the threaded connection structure (40) comprises a form-fitting element (60) which bears against a bottom surface (26) of the sliding plate (20, 20a, 20b) and has a form-fitting portion (61). And the shape matching part (61) is matched with the sliding discs (20, 20a and 20b) and forms a shape matching connection acting in the direction of the horizontal plane.
