The invention provides an intelligent riding control system and method for a two-wheeled vehicle, the intelligent riding control system comprises a sensing system, a control system and an execution system, and the sensing system and the execution system are respectively connected with the control system; the sensing system is used for collecting posture parameters of a driver, and the posture parameters comprise the current gravity center offset, the time used by the current gravity center displacement offset and the current gravity center offset direction; the control system is used for calculating and estimating the riding intention according to the current center-of-gravity offset, the time used by the current center-of-gravity displacement offset and the current center-of-gravity offset direction; controlling an execution system to execute corresponding operation according to the riding intention and the current state of the vehicle; driving control is conducted on the vehicle by collecting the posture parameters of the driver, and therefore the riding experience of the driver is improved.
