The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle laser welding repairing device and method for inner wall microcracks and a medium. The device comprises a supporting plate, a suction cup, a power source, a visual image collecting module, a laser welding device, a balance flywheel and a direction control module. The visual image acquisition module acquires images, analyzes and positions the position of the micro-crack, the balance flywheel generates negative pressure through rotation to realize air suspension, the suction cup is fixed on the inner wall through adsorption, and the laser welding device performs fusion repair according to the position of the micro-crack; the method comprises the following steps: S1, detecting micro cracks on the inner wall of a pipeline according to a planned path; s2, acquiring an image, and analyzing and positioning the position of the microcrack; s3, negative pressure is generated through rotation to achieve air suspension; s4, the suction cup is fixed to the inner wall through adsorption; and S5, performing fusion repair according to the position of the micro-crack. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle laser welding repairing device, detection, positioning and repairing of cracks on the inner wall of a pipeline are integrated, and the industrial requirements are met.
