Through cooperation of the clamping mechanism and the stabilizing mechanism, multiple positions of the optical fiber preform can be fixed, so that the stability of the hoisting process is improved, through cooperation of the rotating disc, the hydraulic rod and the moving trolley, multiple optical fiber preforms can be hoisted, and the hoisting efficiency is improved.
