The generator rotor hoisting centering monitoring system comprises a plurality of centering monitoring devices and a centering target device, and the plurality of centering monitoring devices are arranged in the circumferential direction of a stator; the number of the centering target devices corresponds to the number of the centering monitoring devices, each centering target device is matched with one centering monitoring device, and the multiple centering target devices are installed on the upper end face of the rotor in the circumferential direction of the outer edge of the rotor. The centering monitoring device is used for being erected on an upper base plane of a stator or a hoisting operation platform. The defects of a distance sensor are overcome, the pose of the rotor in the hoisting process can be measured in real time through the centering monitoring device and the centering target device, and a crane can be effectively guided to conduct quantitative operation in real time.

    一种发电机转子吊装对中监测系统及监测方法,包括对中监测装置和对中靶标装置,对中监测装置的数量有多个,多个对中监测装置沿着定子周向布设;对中靶标装置的数量与对中监测装置的数量相对应,每一台对中靶标装置与一台对中监测装置相适配,多个对中靶标装置沿转子外沿周向安装于转子上端面;对中监测装置用于架设在定子上基面或吊装作业平台上。本发明解决了距离传感器的弊端,通过对中监测装置和对中靶标装置可实时测量转子吊装过程中位姿,能有效实时指导吊机进行定量操作。
