The invention provides a battery power adjusting method and device, a vehicle and related equipment, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to the technical field of vehicles. The battery power adjusting method is applied to a vehicle and comprises the steps that the real-time power capacity SOP of a battery is obtained; determining a correction parameter value corresponding to the SOP; the change rate corresponding to the SOP is obtained through calculation according to the correction parameter value and reference state data, wherein the reference state data is the allowable adjustment range corresponding to the SOP; and adjusting the SOP of the battery based on the change rate. According to the battery power adjusting method provided by the invention, the reliability of the battery system is improved.
