The plurality of sensors are mounted on the vehicle body and erected right above the tooth groove plate, each sensor comprises a probe and an optical fiber amplifier, and the probe is optically connected with the optical fiber amplifier; the probes are used for transmitting and receiving infrared light to the tooth socket plate; the optical fiber amplifier is used for converting the infrared light received by the plurality of probes into electric signals and transmitting the electric signals to the signal processing plate; the signal processing board is mounted on the vehicle body and is used for processing the electric signal transmitted by the optical fiber amplifier to obtain a position signal; and the signal transmission module is used for transmitting the position signal to the traction main control board. The device is suitable for the positioning and speed measurement of the suspension electromagnetic propulsion system, and has the advantages of high positioning precision, low device cost, flexible installation, applicability in a strong magnetic field environment, and strong compatibility.
