The invention relates to a relay control device. A relay control device that controls a relay circuit that is mounted on a vehicle and that connects an inverter circuit that drives a motor mounted on the vehicle and a battery, the relay control device being provided with: an end detection unit that detects that the vehicle has ended traveling; and a determination unit that determines the possibility of supplying power to the battery from the outside, and controls the time from the end of the travel of the vehicle to the disconnection of the relay circuit on the basis of the determination.
