The invention relates to a novel unmanned aerial vehicle throwing device based on a gear and a rack and a throwing control method thereof.The throwing device comprises a mounting base, a steering engine, a driving gear, a rack, a baffle, a camera and a single chip microcomputer, a center shaft is arranged in the center of the top of the mounting base, the steering engine is arranged on the mounting base below the center shaft, and the driving gear is arranged on an output shaft of the steering engine; the rack is arranged between the center shaft and the steering engine and meshed with the driving gear, a plurality of baffles arranged at equal intervals are arranged on the portions, on the two sides of the center shaft, of the base in the length direction of the rack, every two baffles adjacent to the center shaft are symmetric about the center shaft, the rack penetrates through all the baffles, and an installation position is formed between every two adjacent baffles. The hanging object is installed on the rack at the installation position, the camera is arranged on the installation base under the center shaft, the single-chip microcomputer is arranged on the installation base, and the steering engine and the camera are both electrically connected with the single-chip microcomputer. The system and the method have the advantages that at least two different types of materials can be mounted, and the materials can be put in a differentiated manner according to different application scenes.
本发明涉及一种基于齿轮齿条的新型无人机投放装置及其投放控制方法,该投放装置包括安装座、舵机、主动齿轮、齿条、挡板、相机和单片机,安装座顶部中心设有中心轴,舵机设于中心轴下方的安装座上,主动齿轮设于舵机的输出轴上,齿条设于中心轴和舵机之间并与主动齿轮啮合,中心轴两侧的底座上沿齿条长度方向均设有多个等间距排列的挡板,与中心轴相邻的两个挡板关于中心轴对称,齿条穿过所有挡板,相邻两个挡板之间为一个安装位,挂载物安装在安装位处的齿条上,相机设于中心轴正下方的安装座上,单片机设于安装座上,舵机和相机均与单片机电性连接。本发明的优点在于:可实现至少两种不同种类的物资挂载,并可针对不同的应用场景进行区分投放。
