The offshore floating comprehensive power generation platform comprises a platform frame and a surge power generation device, the surge power generation device is composed of a floating barrel, a cylinder body, a piston rod and an impeller power generator, and the offshore floating comprehensive power generation platform is characterized in that the floating barrel is connected with the platform frame through a telescopic supporting mechanism, and the telescopic supporting mechanism is composed of a left telescopic arm and a right telescopic arm; the left telescopic arm and the right telescopic arm are each composed of a shear type hinge, an upper support and a lower support, the upper supports are fixed to the lower surface of the platform frame, the lower supports are fixed to the floating barrel, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the shear type hinges are hinged to the upper supports and the lower supports respectively. According to the offshore floating comprehensive power generation platform, horizontal acting force generated by surges on the floating barrel can be applied to the left telescopic arm and the right telescopic arm instead of being applied to the piston rod and the inner walls of the piston and the cylinder body, so that the piston rod cannot be bent due to stress, and small friction force between the piston and the inner wall of the cylinder body is guaranteed; and the surge power generation device is ensured to have a relatively long service life.

    本发明的海上漂浮综合发电平台,包括平台架、涌浪发电装置,涌浪发电装置由浮桶、缸体、活塞杆和叶轮发电机构成,特征在于:浮桶经伸缩支撑机构与平台架相连接,伸缩支撑机构由左、右伸缩臂构成;左伸缩臂和右伸缩臂均由剪式铰链、上支架和下支架构成,上支架固定于平台架的下表面上,下支架固定于浮桶上,剪式铰链的上端和下端分别铰接于上支架和下支架上。本发明的海上漂浮综合发电平台,涌浪对浮桶所产生的水平作用力就会施加在左、右伸缩臂上,而不会施加在活塞杆以及活塞与缸体的内壁上,使得活塞杆不会受力而弯曲,也保证了活塞与缸体内壁之间具有较小的摩擦力,确保了涌浪发电装置具有较长的使用寿命。
