A mechanical clamp is arranged on the traveling block; the rope clip comprises a rope clip part and a connecting part, the rope clip part is used for clamping a main cable, and the connecting part is used for being connected with an ocean node; the conveying belt is used for conveying the rope clip and the ocean node to the position where the rope clip picker is located. The rope clip picker is used for picking up the rope clip and conveying the rope clip into the mechanical clamp when the rope clip and the ocean node move to the position where the rope clip picker is located; and the traveling block is used for clamping and opening the rope holding part of the rope clip through the mechanical clamp, and pressing the main cable into the opened rope holding part and releasing the rope clip when the traveling block moves along the advancing direction of the main cable until the speed of the traveling block is consistent with that of the main cable under the control of the controller. According to the invention, electromechanical automation is realized, picking and hanging of variable spacing nodes can be realized, various ocean nodes can be picked and hung, and the application range is wide.
本发明公开了一种海洋节点自动挂摘挂装置、节点收放船及海洋节点摘挂方法。该自动化摘挂装置包括:传送带、抱索器、抱索器拾取器、游车和控制器;游车上设置有机械夹;抱索器包含抱索部和连接部,抱索部用于夹紧主缆,连接部用于连接海洋节点;传送带用于传送抱索器和海洋节点至抱索器拾取器所在位置;抱索器拾取器用于当抱索器和海洋节点移动至抱索器拾取器所在位置,拾取抱索器,并传送至机械夹当中;游车用于通过机械夹夹持并打开抱索器的抱索部,并在控制器的控制下,沿主缆前进方向移动直至与主缆速度一致时,将主缆压入打开的抱索部中,释放抱索器。本发明实现了机电自动化,可实现可变间距节点的摘挂,可摘挂各种海洋节点,适用广泛。
