When the ship body floats upwards under the influence of sea waves, the auxiliary oil cylinder retracts actively, when the ship body floats downwards along with the sea waves, the auxiliary oil cylinder stretches out actively, and when the ship body is lifted, the main driving oil cylinder stretches out actively, and the auxiliary oil cylinder stretches out passively; according to the lifting device, rapid lifting is achieved, the movement of the lifting bracket can be compensated according to wave fluctuation, the influence of the wave fluctuation is counteracted, and the stability of the lifting process is improved.

    本发明公开一种海洋工程领域中用于海上结构物的特种举升装置,底部是固定在船体上的水平的轨道,轨道的上方是与轨道呈交叉垂直布置且与轨道滑动连接的起重梁,起重梁的端部设置主驱动油缸、辅助油缸、传动杆和联动架,主驱动油缸输出端垂直向下且铰接传动杆的下端,辅助油缸倾斜设置且输出端铰接三角形联动架的第一角,三角形联动架的第二角铰接起重梁、第三角铰接举升支架的下端;当船体受海浪影响向上浮动时,辅助油缸主动回缩,当船体随海浪向下浮动时,辅助油缸主动伸出,举升时,主驱动油缸主动伸出,辅助油缸被动伸出;本发明不仅实现快速举升,还能根据海浪起伏对举升托架的移动做出补偿,抵消波浪起伏的影响,提高举升过程稳定性。
