The pipeline pressure relief device is applied to the gas storage system and comprises a force transmission support, a pilot mechanism and an exhaust valve, and the pilot mechanism comprises a cylinder barrel and a piston movably arranged on the cylinder barrel; the piston is connected with the force transmission bracket; the exhaust valve comprises a valve body and a valve element, and the driving cavity communicates with an inner cavity of the cylinder barrel. The piston is driven by the force transmission support to move in the inner cavity of the cylinder barrel so as to compress the inner cavity of the cylinder barrel, so that the valve element is driven to move in the driving cavity, and the pipeline is conducted to relieve pressure. High-pressure gas in the pipeline is exhausted by adopting a pure mechanical structure, flammable and explosive hidden dangers caused by pipeline collision are completely eradicated, potential risks caused by the high-pressure gas are reduced, and the reliability is higher in emergency; the structure is simple, the occupied space is small, reasonable arrangement can be achieved according to the actual situation of a vehicle, practicability is high, and cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种管路泄压装置、储气系统及车辆,以解决现有技术中车辆碰撞后高压管道内的高压气体难以排出的问题,该管路泄压装置应用于储气系统,包括传力支架、先导机构以及排气阀,先导机构包括缸筒和活动设于缸筒的活塞,活塞与传力支架连接;排气阀包括设有阀体和阀芯,驱动腔连通于缸筒的内腔;活塞在传力支架的驱动下在缸筒的内腔活动,以压缩缸筒的内腔,从而驱动阀芯在驱动腔中活动,以将管路导通而泄压。本发明采用纯机械结构排出了管路内的高压气体,杜绝了管路碰撞后引起的易燃易爆隐患,降低了高压气体导致的潜在风险,紧急情况下可靠性更强;且结构简单,占用空间小,可根据车辆实际情况合理布置,实用性强,成本低。
