The invention discloses a marine liquefied CO2 solid-state transportation control method. A ship is provided with a storage cabin and an emergency overflow cabin which are communicated with each other; and the storage cabin is provided with heat exchange equipment in a cooling mode and a heating mode. The transportation method comprises the steps that S1, when a ship loads and transports goods, liquefied CO2 is injected into a storage cabin through a pipeline; s2, after the storage cabin is full of liquefied CO2 and begins to overflow, a cooling mode is started, and solidification of the liquefied CO2 is achieved; when the single storage cabin is loaded until the overflow cabin is full, liquefied CO2 loading is stopped; s4, in the marine sailing process of the ship, the solid CO2 in the storage cabin is kept not subjected to phase change; s5, when the goods need to be unloaded, the storage cabin starts a heating mode to perform liquefaction conversion of the solid CO2; and when all the goods in the storage cabin are unloaded, the unloading work of the storage cabin is finished. According to the method, the single-voyage cargo capacity of the ship with the fixed total cargo hold capacity can be improved by up to 25%; the ship intelligent management degree can be improved, the ship unloading capacity is improved, the unloading energy consumption is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种船用液化CO2固态运输控制方法,船舶设置相互连通的存储舱和应急溢流舱;存储舱配备有降温模式和升温模式的热交换设备。运输方法包括:S1:在船舶装运货物时,将液化CO2通过管线加注存储舱;S2:当存储舱内液化CO2装满开始溢流后,开启降温模式,实现液化CO2的固化;当存储舱单舱装载至所述溢流舱装满,停止液化CO2装货;S4:在船舶海上航行过程中,保持所述存储舱的固态CO2不发生相位变化;S5:需要卸出货物时,存储舱启动升温模式进行固态CO2的液化转化;当存储舱内货物全部卸货完毕时,结束所述存储舱卸货工作。本发明可以提高定总货舱舱容船舶的单航次载货量多达25%;可以提高船舶智能化管理程度,增加船舶卸货能力减少卸货能耗,提高营运效率。
