The invention discloses an electrically-driven inerting system capable of being adjusted in a self-adaptive mode and an adjusting method, and the system comprises an air source, a silencer, a first filter, a stop valve, a first air compressor, a motor, a second air compressor, a first temperature sensor, a first flow adjusting valve, a cooling air source, a second flow adjusting valve, a three-loop heat exchanger, an ejector and a discharging device. The system comprises a first filter, a second filter, an ozone converter, a second temperature sensor, a second pressure sensor, an air separation device, a first oxygen concentration sensor, a flow sensor, a third flow regulating valve, a one-way valve, a flame suppressor, a third pressure sensor, a third temperature sensor, a second oxygen concentration sensor and a fuel tank. The problems of high engine compensation loss and poor system adjustability caused by air entrainment from the engine can be effectively solved.
