The invention discloses a large steel structure on-site assembly integral hydraulic lifting method, which comprises the following steps: four hydraulic lifting mechanisms are used for measuring a total station, a theodolite, a level gauge and a laser plumb aligner, and are sequentially started for concave-convex surfaces after lifting units are assembled to pull articles suspended by a lifting appliance, so that the lifting units can be lifted to a certain degree; and the horizontal and stable state is kept in the pulling process, and the whole body is lifted to the designed installation elevation. The problem that potential safety hazards of high-altitude bulk operation are large when a hydraulic device is only used for lifting an article in a pulling mode is solved, the overall stability can be improved in the welding process, and the stability of the article in the lifting process is improved.
本发明公开了一种大型钢结构现场拼装整体液压提升的方法,包括四个液压提升机构针对全站仪、经纬仪、水准仪和激光垂准仪的测量,并且针对提升单元拼装过后表面的凹凸,依次启动,对吊具悬挂的物品进行拉动,使得在拉动过程中保持水平和稳定,使整体提升至设计安装标高。本发明解决了在单依靠液压装置进行拉动物品的提高会使得高空散装作业安全隐患大的问题,焊接过程中可提高整体的稳定性,提高物品升高过程中的稳定性。
