The prevention and control system for lithium battery thermal runaway comprises a data monitoring device, a temperature transmitting device, an automatic fire extinguishing device and an automatic early warning system, the data monitoring device is used for collecting and detecting the temperature in the storage battery cabin and sending a corresponding temperature variable to the temperature transmitting device; the temperature transmitting device is used for converting the temperature variable into a standardized output signal and then transmitting the standardized output signal to the automatic early warning system; the automatic early warning system is used for judging whether an early warning state is started or not according to the standardized output signal and sending out an automatic starting signal in the early warning state so as to control the automatic fire extinguishing device to extinguish fire of the storage battery cabin. According to the technical scheme, the temperature of the storage battery cabin can be monitored in real time, fire behavior can be accurately recognized, and automatic fire extinguishing can be carried out.

    本发明提供了一种用于锂电池热失控的防控系统、方法及存储介质,涉及电动汽车安全驾驶技术领域。本发明所述的用于锂电池热失控的防控系统,包括:数据监测装置、温度变送装置、自动灭火装置和自动预警系统;数据监测装置用于采集检测蓄电池舱内的温度,并将对应的温度变量发送到温度变送装置;温度变送装置用于将温度变量转换为标准化输出信号后发送到自动预警系统;自动预警系统用于根据标准化输出信号判断是否开启预警状态,以及在预警状态下发出自动启动信号,以控制自动灭火装置对蓄电池舱进行灭火。本发明所述的技术方案,能够做到实时监测蓄电池舱的温度,准确识别火情并进行自动灭火。
