The invention discloses a dual-redundancy servo valve and application, and belongs to the field of electro-hydraulic servo control. Comprising a shell, two sets of electro-hydraulic servo valves and a hydraulic pressure sensor. The two sets of electro-hydraulic servo valves are connected in parallel and arranged in the shell, and the two sets of electro-hydraulic servo valves are defined as a left valve and a right valve respectively. Monitoring the hydraulic pressure of the left valve through the hydraulic pressure sensor; the left valve is set as a main valve, and the right valve is set as a backup valve; when the right valve is in a hot backup state, the two sets of electro-hydraulic servo valves are started at the same time to control pressure supply, and when one electro-hydraulic servo valve breaks down, the other electro-hydraulic servo valve can independently complete the control target; and when the right valve is a cold backup valve, the backup valve is started only when the main valve breaks down, so that the control target is completed. The dual-redundancy servo valve provided by the invention is composed of a pair of twin electro-hydraulic servo valves on a common shell. Reliability models of the left valve and the right valve of the valve system are connected in parallel, and as long as one electro-hydraulic servo valve is normal, the output pressure can be adjusted and controlled by the dual-redundancy servo valve.

    本发明一种双余度伺服阀及应用,属于电液伺服控制领域;包括壳体、两套电液伺服阀和液压压力传感器;将两套电液伺服阀并列连接并设置于壳体内,分别定义为左阀和右阀;通过所述液压压力传感器监测左阀的液压压力;将所述左阀设定为主阀,右阀设置为备份阀;当右阀为热备份时,两套电液伺服阀同时启动对供压进行控制,其中一个出现故障,另一个能够独立完成控制目标;当右阀为冷备份时,只在主阀发生故障时启动备份阀,以完成控制目标。本发明提出的双余度伺服阀由共用壳体上一对孪生电液伺服阀构成。该阀系统的左阀和右阀的可靠性模型为并联关系,只要有一个电液伺服阀正常,双余度伺服阀即可完成输出压力的调节控制。
