The invention relates to a maintenance-free non-electric charging device, a charging method and a charging system, which can be applied to the technical field of vehicle charging. The maintenance-free non-electric charging device comprises a first connecting part, a second connecting part and an interaction identifier, the server receives scheduling information generated when the user terminal identifies the interaction identifier, and calls the power supply device according to the scheduling information; when the power supply device is connected with the second connecting component, activating the first connecting component to obtain first connecting information; after the first connection information is verified, the vehicle to be charged is charged, and the method comprises the steps that scheduling information generated when the user terminal recognizes the interaction identifier is received through the server, and a power supply device is called according to the scheduling information; when the power supply device detects that the power supply device is connected with the second connecting component, activating the first connecting component to obtain first connecting information; and after the first connection information is verified, the to-be-charged vehicle is charged. According to the maintenance-free non-electric charging device, the operation and maintenance cost of a charging station can be reduced.
