The invention discloses a hoisting technology based on secondary unfolding of a C-shaped connecting piece rotating arm mechanism. The lifting of the spacecraft can be realized by using the lifting appliance, and in the connecting process of the lifting appliance and the spacecraft, due to space limitation, a rotating arm of a C-shaped connecting piece of the lifting appliance needs to be rotated from 0 degree to 90 degrees firstly, so that the lifting appliance avoids a convex part of the spacecraft in the process of reaching a first mounting position from the outside of the spacecraft. After the rotating arm reaches the first mounting position, the rotating arm can rotate by 90 degrees at the height, the rotating arm does not interfere with a protruding part of the spacecraft in the whole process, and first-time rotating of the rotating arm is completed. And after the rotating arm completes 90-degree rotating operation, the adjusting assembly and the spacecraft lifting block are connected, second-time rotating arm rotation is completed, and connection of the lifting appliance and the spacecraft is achieved. The lifting device can effectively solve the problem that a protruding part of the spacecraft shields a lifting space in the vertical direction and cannot be lifted, and becomes effective supporting equipment during lifting operation of the spacecraft.
一种基于C型连接件转臂机构二次展开的吊装技术。航天器起吊需要使用吊具才能实现,在吊具和航天器连接过程中,由于空间受限制,需要先将吊具的C型连接件的转臂从0°旋转至90°,使得吊具在从星外到抵达第一安装位置的过程中,避让开航天器的凸出部件。抵达第一安装位置后,此高度可以实现转臂进行90°旋转操作,整个过程中转臂和航天器凸出部件不发生干涉,完成第一次转臂旋转。转臂完成90°旋转操作后,连接调节组件和航天器吊块,完成第二次转臂旋转,实现吊具和航天器的连接。本发明可以有效解决航天器凸出部件遮挡垂直方向起吊空间导致无法起吊的难题,成为航天器起吊作业时的有效支持设备。
