The invention discloses a brake-by-wire system design method of an intelligent vehicle based on functional safety. The method comprises the following steps of performing preliminary definition; basic setting; function definition; carrying out hazard analysis and reason analysis; the method comprises the following steps: analyzing reasons of unsafe control behaviors, ensuring stable operation of the designed brake-by-wire system, adding a monitoring mechanism to an ECU (Electronic Control Unit), a motor and a sensor, ensuring stable operation of the brake-by-wire system, adding a temperature monitor to the ECU when the ECU is overloaded, and ensuring stable operation of the brake-by-wire system in order to ensure stable operation of the motor. Stable power supply needs to be guaranteed, a voltage stabilizer needs to be additionally arranged, and finally the design of the intelligent vehicle brake-by-wire system is completed. According to the method, reasons possibly causing damage to the whole vehicle can be found in the system development stage, the follow-up development cost is reduced, and the safety of the system can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于功能安全的智能车辆的线控制动系统设计方法,包括如下步骤:初步定义;基本设定;功能定义;危害分析及原因分析;安全需求及线控制动系统结构设计:综合不安全控制行为的原因分析,保证设计的线控制动系统运行稳定应对ECU、电机、传感器增加监控机制,保证其稳定运行,ECU在计算过载时会出现发热情况,需对其增加温度监测器,为保证电机的运行稳定,需要保证其稳定的供电,应增设电压稳定器,最终完成智能车辆线控制动系统的设计。所述方法既可以在系统开发阶段找到可能会引起整车危害的原因,降低后续开发成本,也会提高系统的安全性。
