The invention provides a ship power control system and method, and the system comprises an instruction obtaining module which is used for obtaining a control instruction and generating a power control signal; the interlocking signal acquisition module comprises at least one of a first rotating speed sensor and a first torque sensor; the variable-frequency control module is electrically connected with the propulsion motor; and the control panel comprises a programmable logic controller, and the programmable logic controller is respectively in communication connection with the interlocking signal acquisition module, the instruction acquisition module and the frequency conversion control module. At least one of the tail shaft rotating speed and the tail shaft torque of the diesel engine main engine is collected through the interlocking signal collecting module, and when the tail shaft rotating speed or the tail shaft torque is lower than the corresponding preset threshold value, the working conditions of the frequency conversion control module and the diesel engine main engine are changed according to the power control signal. Gearbox faults caused by overlarge output power difference between the diesel engine main engine and the propulsion motor are prevented, and potential safety hazards caused by sudden change of the ship navigation speed are avoided.

    本申请提出一种船舶动力控制系统及其控制方法,船舶动力控制包括:指令获取模块,指令获取模块用于获取控制指令并生成动力控制信号;互锁信号采集模块,互锁信号采集模块包括第一转速传感器和第一扭矩传感器中的至少一个;变频控制模块,推进电机电连接;控制面板,包括可编程逻辑控制器,可编程逻辑控制器和互锁信号采集模块、指令获取模块、变频控制模块分别通信连接。通过互锁信号采集模块采集柴推主机的艉轴转速和艉轴扭矩中的至少一个,当艉轴转速或艉轴扭矩低于对应的预设阈值时,再根据动力控制信号改变变频控制模块和柴推主机的工况,防止柴推主机和推进电机输出功率差距过大造成齿轮箱故障,避免船舶航行速度骤变所造成的安全隐患。
