The invention relates to the technical field of steam turbine overhaul, and discloses a staggered clamping mechanism for steam turbine overhaul, which comprises a top shell, a staggered gear set and a clamping assembly, a cavity is formed in the inner wall of the top shell, and the top shell comprises a first cross rod set arranged in the cavity; the second cross rod set and the third cross rod set are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the first cross rod set, and the second cross rod set and the third cross rod set are the same in structure; the second transverse rod set comprises a gear supporting rod fixedly connected with the top shell and a vertical supporting rod arranged in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the gear supporting rod. Through interaction of the staggered gear sets, the stability of the rotor is improved when the rotor is replaced, the whole device is more stable in stress in operation due to the staggered arrangement mode, and shaking caused when the rotor is replaced is further reduced.

    本发明涉及汽轮机检修技术领域,公开了一种汽轮机检修用错位式夹持机构,包括顶部壳体,错位齿轮组,夹持组件,其中,顶部壳体,其内壁开设有空腔,所述顶部壳体包括设置于所述空腔内的第一横杆组,对称设置于所述第一横杆组两侧的第二横杆组和第三横杆组,所述第二横杆组和所述第三横杆组结构相同;所述第二横杆组包括与所述顶部壳体固定连接的齿轮支杆,垂直于所述齿轮支杆延伸方向设置的竖向支杆。本发明通过错位设置的齿轮组互相作用,在对转子进行更换作业时提升了转子的平稳度,该错位设置方式还能使得作业中装置整体受力更平稳,进一步的减小转子更换时造成的晃动。
