The invention relates to a roller lifting appliance which comprises a lifting frame. An upper cavity and a lower cavity are respectively formed in the upper end and the lower end of the hanging bracket; a first motor is fixedly connected in the lower cavity; the first motor is electrically connected with the controller; the output end of the first motor is connected with a transmission assembly. The two ends of the transmission assembly are each provided with a moving assembly. The transmission assembly and the moving assembly are located in the upper cavity. The front sides and the rear sides of the two moving assemblies are each rotationally connected with a rotating rod. The rotating rods are rotationally connected to the sliding rail connecting pieces correspondingly. The hanging bracket is connected with a lifting hook; the lifting hook is used for fixing and lifting the roller; according to the roller lifting appliance, the roller cannot swing and cannot collide with other objects and operators in the lifting and moving process of the lifting appliance, and the roller can be accurately placed at a designated position; the moving assembly drives the rotating rod to move, the rotating rod and the hanging bracket are always kept in an isosceles triangle shape, and the hanging bracket is always kept balanced.
