The invention discloses a push-pull type multi-station roller lifting method which comprises the steps that a lifting device is used for lifting, and the lifting device comprises a plurality of rollers arranged on a platform frame side by side and mounted on a mounting frame and a power cylinder; a multi-station roller unit is formed by the mounting frames and the rollers on one frame, the power cylinder is arranged on the side of the multi-station roller unit on the platform frame, and the power output end of the power cylinder is hinged to a hinged shaft of one of the mounting frames of the multi-station roller unit through a connecting piece; comprising the following lifting steps that when the power output end of a power cylinder extends to the longest length, a hinged plate and a platform frame are in a vertical state, and a roller on a multi-station roller unit is lifted to the highest point. The multi-station lifting device can solve the problems that an existing multi-station lifting device is poor in lifting synchronism and different in lifting height.
