The invention discloses a work bar linkage leveling control method and system and an aerial work platform. The work bar linkage leveling control method comprises the following steps that a signal of arm support action is obtained; the arm frame action is recognized, when the type of the arm frame action is the main arm variable amplitude, the fly arm connecting body is controlled to conduct work bar leveling according to the horizontal inclination angle of the work bar, and the horizontal inclination angle of the fly arm connecting body is detected in real time; when the horizontal inclination angle of the fly jib connector is larger than a first preset value, it is judged that the fly jib connector is inclined, and the fly jib connector is manually recovered to be horizontal; and the leveling connecting mechanism is controlled to act in the reverse direction relative to the recovery direction of the fly jib connecting body so that the working bar can be kept in the horizontal state. Inclination of the fly jib connector is judged through arm frame action recognition and horizontal inclination angle detection of the fly jib connector, and in the process that the fly jib connector is manually recovered to be horizontal, the leveling connecting mechanism is controlled to act in the reverse direction relative to the recovery direction of the fly jib connector so that the work bar can be kept in the horizontal state. And the work bar is always and effectively controlled within a set safe horizontal angle range.

    本发明公开了一种工作栏联动调平控制方法、系统及高空作业平台,工作栏联动调平控制方法包括以下步骤:获取臂架动作的信号;识别臂架动作,当臂架动作的类别为主臂变幅,则根据工作栏的水平倾斜角度控制飞臂连接体进行工作栏调平,并实时检测飞臂连接体的水平倾斜角度;当飞臂连接体的水平倾斜角度大于第一预设值,判定飞臂连接体倾斜并手动进行飞臂连接体恢复水平;控制调平连接机构相对飞臂连接体的恢复方向反向动作以使工作栏保持处于水平状态。本发明通过臂架动作识别与飞臂连接体的水平倾斜角度检测,来判定飞臂连接体倾斜,并在手动进行飞臂连接体恢复水平过程中,控制调平连接机构相对飞臂连接体的恢复方向反向动作以使工作栏保持处于水平状态,将工作栏始终有效的控制在设定的安全水平角度范围内。
