The invention discloses a crawling robot with a guide rail. The purpose of the invention is to solve the technical problem of automatic crawling required when operation is carried out on a large-scale surface. The robot mainly comprises an operation tool carrying platform, a guide rail, a clamping groove, a guide rail meshing platform, a transmission device, a buckle, a lifting device, a suction cup, a universal joint, a fixed connecting rod, an obstacle sensor and a transmission device mounting groove. Firstly, the robot is attracted to a large plane. When the robot needs to move, the needed movement amount in the x-axis direction and the needed movement amount in the y-axis direction are calculated firstly, then the suction cup of the robot relieves the suction state and recovers the suction state in turn according to the specific step flow, the suction cup correspondingly moves along the x-axis guide rail and the y-axis guide rail, and therefore movement of the robot is achieved. And after moving in place, the sucking disc sucks the large plane again so as to ensure the stability of the working tool carrying platform during working. When a slightly protruding obstacle exists in front of the robot, the lifting device can lift the operation tool carrying platform and the suction cup until the robot crosses the obstacle.

    一种自带导轨的爬行机器人。其目的是解决在大型表面开展作业工作时所需的自动爬行技术问题。所发明的机器人主要包括作业工具搭载平台、导轨、卡槽、导轨啮合平台、传动装置、卡扣、升降装置、吸盘、万向关节、固定连杆、障碍物传感器、传动装置安装槽。首先,机器人吸附到大型平面上。当机器人需要移动时,先解算出所需的x轴向和y轴向的移动量,然后机器人的吸盘按特定步骤流程轮流解除和恢复吸附状态,吸盘沿x轴向导轨和y轴向导轨相应移动,以实现机器人的移动。当移动到位后,吸盘再次吸附大型平面以确保作业工具搭载平台工作时的稳定。当移动前方有轻微凸起障碍物时,升降装置会提升作业工具搭载平台和吸盘,直到机器人越过障碍物。
