The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline bending, in particular to hydraulic pipe bending construction equipment and method.The equipment comprises a bottom plate, a first pipeline placing device and a second pipeline placing device are fixedly installed at the two ends of the top of the bottom plate, and a hoisting device and a hydraulic bending device are fixedly installed in the center of the top end of the bottom plate; the hydraulic bending device is located on the inner side of the hoisting device, the first pipeline placing device comprises pipeline foot pads, a first straight pipe and a second straight pipe, the first straight pipe and the second straight pipe are placed on the pipeline foot pads respectively, and the hoisting device comprises a main beam, hoisting equipment, a hoisting belt, supporting legs, an anti-falling frame, electric track wheels, tracks and lifting hooks. And through the arrangement of the hydraulic bending device, the purposes of resetting, lifting and self-adaptive limiting of the pipeline are achieved.

    本发明涉及管道折弯技术领域,具体的说是一种液压式弯管的施工设备及方法,设备包括底板,底板的顶部两端固定安装有第一管道摆放装置和第二管道摆放装置,底板的顶端中心固定安装有吊运装置和液压折弯装置,且液压折弯装置位于吊运装置的内侧,第一管道摆放装置包括管道垫脚、第一直管和第二直管,第一直管和第二直管分别放置在管道垫脚上,吊运装置包括主梁、起重设备、吊装带、支脚、防脱架、电动轨道轮、轨道和吊钩。通过液压折弯装置的设置,实现了可将管道进行复位抬升与自适应限位的目的。
