The invention provides a two-gear-box electric drive axle control method and system, and the system comprises a gear shifting mechanism which is used for executing gear switching according to the operation of a driver; the angle detection unit is arranged on the gear shifting mechanism and used for detecting the rotation angle of the gear shifting mechanism; and the control unit is used for judging a target gear of gear shifting according to the rotation angle, and is also used for controlling the rotation speed and the torque of the electric drive axle according to the target gear and a gear shifting rule. The gear shifting intention of a driver is judged by detecting the rotating angle of the gear shifting mechanism, and the torque and the rotating speed of the driving motor of the electric drive axle are actively controlled to be matched with the pre-judged target gear, so that the experience feeling of manual gear shifting of the driver is improved; a TCU and a gear shifting motor do not need to be additionally arranged, a vehicle control unit VCU can be reused, and the vehicle cost is saved.
本发明提供一种两档箱电驱桥控制方法及系统,该系统包括:换挡机构,用于根据驾驶员的操作执行档位切换;角度检测单元,设置于换挡机构上,用于检测换挡机构的旋转角度;控制单元,用于根据所述旋转角度判断换挡的目标档位,还用于根据所述目标档位与换挡规则控制电驱桥的转速与扭矩。本发明通过检测换挡机构的旋转角度判断驾驶员的换挡意图,主动控制电驱桥的驱动电机扭矩和转速,使其与预判的目标档位相匹配,从而提升驾驶员手动换挡的体验感;无需额外增加TCU与换挡电机,可复用整车控制器VCU,节省了车辆成本。
