The overall rigidity of the system is adjusted through negative rigidity, so that the system has good static bearing performance and dynamic vibration isolation capacity; the inherent frequency of the system design is low, and the low-frequency vibration isolation effect is good; according to the system, the vibration response amplitude can be effectively reduced, the vibration attenuation time is shortened, and the comfort of the seat is improved.

    本发明公开了座椅悬架技术领域的一种基于双滚子负刚度座椅悬架、参数设定方法及其存储介质,座椅悬架的机构由竖直空气弹簧和负刚度机构组成,竖直空气弹簧主要起支撑载荷的作用,负刚度机构包括对向设置的弹簧套筒,设置在弹簧套筒内的水平弹簧、水平弹簧一侧连接的通过小滚轮连杆安装的小滚轮、大滚轮支架、设置大滚轮支架上的大滚轮以及底座。本发明采用负刚度调整系统整体刚度,使其具有良好的静态承载性能和动态隔振能力;本发明的系统设计的固有频率较低,低频隔振效果较好;本发明的系统能有效减小振动响应幅值,缩短振动衰减时间,改善座椅舒适性。
