The invention relates to the field of new energy power supply, in particular to a wake-up and sleep circuit for CP signals, and the CP signals comprise a stable level signal and a pulse width modulation level signal. The circuit comprises a phase inverter, a first two-input AND gate, a second two-input AND gate and a third two-input AND gate which are connected in sequence, wherein the third two-input AND gate outputs an awakening or dormancy signal; the phase inverter is used for reversely outputting the CP signal to obtain a reverse signal; and the first two-input AND gate is used for taking the CP signal and the reverse signal as the input of the first two-input AND gate and connecting the output of the first two-input AND gate to the first input end of the third two-input AND gate. The charging power supply circuit has the advantages that the CP signal is effectively converted into the awakening and dormancy signals, and the purpose of awakening or dormancy of the charging power supply circuit is achieved.
