The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, in particular to a vehicle and a low-voltage power supply system thereof. The scheme comprises a low-voltage storage battery and a DC/DC, wherein the low-voltage storage battery is used for supplying power to part of low-voltage loads through a low-voltage power supply circuit when the DC/DC is not activated; the DC/DC is used for charging the low-voltage storage battery and supplying power to all the low-voltage loads after being activated, the low-voltage loads comprise a VCU connected with the low-voltage storage battery through a first switch, the working state of the VCU is controlled by controlling on-off of the first switch, and then the working state of the DC/DC is controlled. According to the scheme, on one hand, the low-voltage storage battery and the DC/DC supply power to the low-voltage load under different working conditions; on the other hand, due to the fact that the VCU does not have the low-power-consumption mode, the first switch is arranged between the VCU and the low-voltage storage battery, the power consumption of the VCU on the low-voltage storage battery can be further reduced, the endurance mileage of the low-voltage storage battery is prolonged, the working state of the VCU can be flexibly controlled, and the running safety of the vehicle is improved.
本发明涉及新能源汽车技术领域,特别是涉及一种车辆及其低压供电系统。本方案包括低压蓄电池和DC/DC,低压蓄电池用于通过低压供电电路在DC/DC未被激活时为部分低压负载供电;DC/DC用于在自身被激活后为低压蓄电池充电以及为所有低压负载供电低压负载包括有通过第一开关和低压蓄电池相连的VCU,并通过控制第一开关的通断来控制VCU的工作状态,进而控制DC/DC的工作状态。该方案一方面由低压蓄电池和DC/DC在不同的工况下分别为低压负载供电;另一方面由于VCU不具备低功耗模式,在VCU和低压蓄电池之间设置了第一开关,能够进一步减少VCU对低压蓄电池电量的消耗,从而延长低压蓄电池的续航里程,还能够灵活控制VCU的工作状态,提高车辆运行的安全性。
