The invention relates to a train braking keeping control method. The method comprises a driving condition obtaining step, an automatic driving braking keeping step and a manual driving braking keeping step. The driving condition obtaining step is responsible for determining a current driving mode and a network state, the automatic driving braking keeping step controls a train to keep braking relieving and applying in an automatic driving mode, and the manual driving braking keeping step controls the train to keep braking relieving and applying in the automatic driving mode. According to the train braking keeping control method, braking keeping control methods under different working conditions in different driving modes are divided, so that the train conducts braking keeping applying and relieving control according to the actual situation so as to adapt to the current working condition, and a backup control mechanism is provided when communication faults occur between systems of the train.
