The invention discloses an energy absorption device, a railway vehicle intermediate vehicle and a railway vehicle. The energy absorption device comprises a supporting seat, a rotating shaft, a first stopping plate, a second stopping plate, an anti-creeper, an initial driving device and a clamping lock. The anti-creeper is rotationally connected with the supporting seat; the first stopping plate is arranged on the first side face, close to the end face of the vehicle body, of the anti-creeper, the end, close to the anti-creeper, of the first stopping plate is rotationally connected with the side face of the anti-creeper, and the other opposite end of the first stopping plate is a free end, the second stopping plate is arranged on the second side face, away from the end face of the vehicle body, of the anti-creeper, and the end, close to the anti-creeper, of the second stopping plate is rotationally connected with the side face of the anti-creeper. When the anti-creeper is stretched, the first stopping plate and the second stopping plate are gradually stretched and tightly clamp the anti-creeper along with the first stopping plate and the second stopping plate. An initial driving device and a clamping lock are further arranged above the supporting base, the initial driving device is horizontally arranged and provides initial rotating force for the vertically-arranged anti-creeper, and the clamping lock can clamp or loosen the anti-creeper.
