The invention discloses an on-orbit multifunctional integration and convenient-to-operate oil supplementing mechanism for a spacecraft. The oil supplementing mechanism comprises an oil smearing module, an oil conveying pipeline module, an operation hand wheel module, a transmission module, an oil storage module, a clamping module and a base. The operating hand wheel module, the transmission module, the oil storage module and the clamping module are respectively mounted on the base; the oil storage module is connected with the oiling module through the oil conveying pipeline module; the oiling module is mounted on the base through the clamping module; the operation hand wheel module is connected with the clamping module through the transmission module. According to the invention, multifunctional integration of start/stop of the two-way ball valve and clamping/separation of the oiling module is realized, under the intervention of astronauts, lubricating oil can be conveniently and selectively conveyed to the contact surface of a movable part, and long-term on-orbit volatilization loss of the lubricating oil is compensated, so that a foundation is laid for realizing regular maintenance, fault repair and service life extension of a spacecraft.

    本发明公开了一种航天器在轨多功能集成与便捷操作补油机构,包括:抹油模块、输油管路模块、操作手轮模块、传动模块、储油模块、夹持模块和底座;操作手轮模块、传动模块、储油模块和夹持模块分别安装在底座上;储油模块通过输油管路模块与抹油模块连接;抹油模块通过夹持模块安装在底座上;操作手轮模块通过传动模块与夹持模块连接。本发明实现了双通球阀启/停、抹油模块夹紧/脱离的多功能集成,在航天员介入下,可便捷地将润滑油择机输送至活动部件接触面,补偿其长期在轨挥发损失,据此为实现航天器的定期维护、故障修复及延寿奠定基础。
