The invention discloses a raft frame safe turning-over method and tool, and belongs to the technical field of raft frame construction.The method comprises the steps that firstly, the two longitudinal ends of a raft frame are supported on a supporting device through a rotating structure, and the rotating axis of the rotating structure is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the raft frame and passes through the gravity center of the raft frame; the raft frame can turn over by 180 degrees around the rotating axis of the rotating structure; secondly, force is exerted on the side portion of the raft frame through the lifting appliance, so that the raft frame is turned over by 180 degrees, and turning over of the raft frame is achieved. The tool comprises a raft frame, a raft frame head supporting seat, a raft frame tail supporting seat and a lifting appliance. The two longitudinal ends of the raft frame are rotationally connected with the raft frame head supporting base and the raft frame tail supporting base through rotating structures correspondingly. The rotating axis of the rotating structure is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the raft frame and passes through the gravity center of the raft frame; the lifting appliance can exert force on the side portion of the raft frame, so that the raft frame is turned over by 180 degrees around the rotating axis of the rotating structure. The tool has a good supporting effect on the raft frame, and local deformation of the raft frame in the turning-over process is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种筏架安全翻身方法及工装,属于型筏架建造技术领域,方法包括步骤一:将筏架的纵向两端通过旋转结构支撑在支撑装置上,且旋转结构的旋转轴线与筏架的纵向平行,且过筏架的重心,使筏架能够绕旋转结构的旋转轴线翻转180°;步骤二:通过吊具对筏架的侧部用力,使筏架翻转180°,实现筏架翻身。工装包括筏架、筏架首部支撑座、筏架尾部支撑座和吊具;筏架的纵向两端通过旋转结构分别与筏架首部支撑座、筏架尾部支撑座转动连接;旋转结构的旋转轴线与筏架的纵向平行,且过筏架的重心;吊具能够对筏架的侧部用力,使筏架绕旋转结构的旋转轴线翻转180°。该工装对筏架具有良好的支撑,减小了筏架翻身过程中的局部变形。
