The invention provides a fastener looseness identification method and device, electronic equipment, a medium and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a first output voltage, uploaded by a target vehicle, of a DCDC in a working state of the DCDC; acquiring a second output voltage of the storage battery uploaded by the target vehicle; acquiring a voltage difference value between the first output voltage and the second output voltage; and according to the voltage difference value and a preset fastener loosening judgment strategy, whether the low-voltage charging loop fastener of the target vehicle is loosened or not is judged. According to the method and the device, the looseness identification of the fastener is realized under the scene of not influencing the use of the vehicle by the user, so that the fault diagnosis of the target vehicle in the driving process is realized, the timeliness of the fault diagnosis of the target vehicle is improved, and the user experience is improved. The possibility of safety abnormity of the target vehicle caused by loosening of the fastener on the low-voltage charging loop is reduced, the driving safety of the target vehicle is improved, and the driving experience of a user is optimized.
