The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to a vehicle tire burst processing method and system, a storage medium and a vehicle. When it is determined that the vehicle is in the flat tire state, the rotating speed information of the flat tire and the horizontal parameter information of the vehicle chassis are obtained; according to the rotating speed information, the rotating speeds of other wheels except the flat tire are adjusted to be consistent with the rotating speed of the flat tire; and according to the horizontal parameter information, an active suspension is controlled to adjust the height difference of the vehicle chassis to the same level. Under the condition that the vehicle is determined to be in the flat tire state, the vehicle is controlled to enter the stable running state by adjusting the rotating speeds of other wheels except the flat tire and the active suspension, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
