The invention provides a large-load light-weight aircraft which comprises an aircraft body, wings and a plurality of empennages at the tail of the aircraft body, the aircraft body comprises a front aircraft body part and a rear aircraft body part, and the front aircraft body part and the rear aircraft body part are fixed through a butt-joint frame; the front fuselage part comprises a front fuselage inner frame and a front fuselage outer skin structure, the rear fuselage part comprises a rear fuselage inner frame and a rear fuselage skin structure, and two empennage connectors are symmetrically mounted on the rear fuselage inner frame; the wing comprises a wing main body and an aileron; the wing main body comprises a wing framework and a wing outer skin structure; the aileron comprises an aileron body and aileron rib boxes installed at the two ends of the aileron body. The empennage comprises a stabilizer with a mounting groove in the rear side, and a control surface is mounted in the mounting groove of the stabilizer and driven by a transmission shaft. The composite material is utilized to the maximum extent for light weight design, metal materials are adopted at key stress positions for reinforcement, light weight, maneuvering performance and aerodynamic performance are considered, durability is good, and the service life is guaranteed.

    本发明创造提供了一种大载荷轻量化飞机,包括机身、机翼、以及机身尾部的数个尾翼,其中,机身包括前机身部分和后机身部分,二者间通过对接框固定;前机身部分包括前机身内框及前机身外蒙皮结构,后机身部分包括后机身内框架及后机身蒙皮结构,在后机身内框架上对称安装有两个尾翼连接头;机翼包括机翼主体及副翼,机翼主体包括机翼骨架及机翼外蒙皮结构;副翼包括副翼本体及其两端安装的副翼肋盒;尾翼包括后侧设有安装槽的安定面,安定面安装槽内装有操纵面,操纵面由一传动轴驱动。本发明创造最大程度利用复合材料进行轻量化设计,并在受力关键部位采用金属材料增强,兼顾轻量化、机动性能以及气动性能,耐久性好,寿命有保障。
